Water Heater Repair, Replacement & Tankless
Water heaters are the single most common call we take, and in Alamogordo they work harder than almost anywhere in New Mexico. We repair what's worth repairing, replace what isn't, and install tank and tankless units.
What that covers
- Diagnosis of no-hot-water, not-enough-hot-water and leaking-tank calls
- Tank water heater replacement — gas and electric
- Tankless water heater installation
- Thermostat, element, thermocouple, anode rod and T&P valve work
- Expansion tanks, shut-offs and code-required venting
Locally
Alamogordo's water runs about 38 grains per gallon. Scale settles in the bottom of a tank and insulates the burner from the water, so the heater runs longer for less hot water and fails earlier. Flushing matters more here than it does almost anywhere.

- Drains & SewerSlow drains, backed-up mains, and the line from your house out to the city's main.
- Sewer Camera InspectionSee the inside of the line before you pay to dig it up. You keep the recording.
- Softeners & ROInstalled and plumbed in properly. The water here is very hard; softening protects everything downstream.
- Water Lines & RepipesSupply lines under the slab, out to the meter, or a whole house of tired pipe.
